COVID-19 Information

It is currently a mandatory requirement, that home care staff wear surgical face masks while they are working. All of our staff are supplied with single use surgical masks and must wear these while they are providing services.

If you are receiving services from us and have visited any of the confirmed case locations as listed by NSW Health, please call our office on (02) 4587 5999 and notify us so that we can put appropriate procedures in place to continue providing your essential services in a way that is safe for you, our staff and the greater community.

In addition, we ask that you inform us if you are feeling unwell with cold / flu / respiratory like symptoms, if you have recently returned from overseas or interstate travel, if you have attended a confirmed case location or if you have been directed to self-isolate by a medical or government authority.

The health and safety of our customers and our team at Wendy’s is our highest priority. We have implemented NSW Health advice regarding COVID-19 and we continue to monitor this advice daily. Our staff follow protocols for infection control to keep our customers as safe as we possibly can. We are committed to working with you to deliver best practice infection control.
